Job Content:

The Customer Sales employee is under the direction of Customer Experience Manager co-responsible for the acceptance, processing and administrative handling of incoming sales orders from our German retailers. In addition, the employee is co-responsible for accepting telephone calls with regard to sales requests and the follow-up of incoming general customer requests from retailers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and processing incoming sales orders; from intake to delivery and invoicing;
  • Customer interaction by e-mail and telephone;
  • Sales Administration in the IT system (Navision);
  • Answering e-mail, telephone and fax;
  • Collaboration with Supply, Service, Sales & Finance department;
  • External contact with warehouses for Order fulfilment
  • Do what we promise, timely and proactive communication externally and internally.
  • Positive contribution to improve our service

Job Requirements:

Knowledge and experience:

  • MBO business or similar;
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in German (native) and sufficient oral and writing skills in English and preferably Dutch
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar function
