As a Customer Experience Service Representative you are responsible for following up and processing all incoming service requests / orders from our B2B customers, from the DACH region. You provide optimal service to retailers and contribute to the growth objectives of your own region. You will be part of the Customer Service team (7 people), work together with Account Managers, have contact with the Distribution Center in NL and have internal contacts with: Product Development, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing.

  • Provide a high service level to our B2B customers by accurate order entry & tracking and follow-up communication by telephone and e-mail
  • Maintain a good customer relationship with retailers and consumers
  • Coordinate the delivery of service orders
  • Stock management of the Service Warehouse
  • Contribute to the improvement of our service provision 


Knowledge and experience

  • MBO education or similar;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable positions;
  • Experience with customer contact, knowledge of / experience with ERP systems

  • Good oral and written expression in German and English, Dutch is a pré
