Joolz is a fast growing ambitious brand, aiming to improve and further expand its current premium product portfolio. Being in the position of Product Manager you are end responsible for the launch of new products, from product brief until market launch, and maintaining the current portfolio. You have a central role between the different departments where you work closely with product development, marketing & communications, sales and operations.


As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Initiating and owner long term + short term product strategy and product marketing plan
  • Gross margin responsible: manage, track and improve gross margin
  • Sales Performance monitoring: taking initiatives supporting in meeting the annual targets
  • Continuous initiating quality and assortment improvements
  • Write Product Briefings (new and existing/quality)
  • Lead Product market launch plan, incl. launch planning, forecasting and business case
  • Briefing launch campaign, including approval campaign
  • Briefing packaging artwork and user manuals
  • Product content for communication material, including approval content
  • Initiating and approval on HQ product promotions
  • Research: briefing and support qualitative and quantitative research for products


  • You have an academic thinking level, with an education preferably in Business or Economics
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in innovation management and product introductions of A-brand durable products.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
