Daily culture


  • Achieve your yearly sales targets;
  • Develop long term relationships with (key) accounts, and together ensure strong strategies to optimize sell through;
  • Identify and develop local opportunities to develop the brand, in accordance with global guidelines;
  • Implement and execute product training programs at store level to ensure our brand comes alive.
  • Engage store employees and retailers about product offering and visual merchandising;
  • Optimize in store and window presentations;
  • Ensure that Joolz’ portfolio stays up to date at stores, seasonal changes;
  • Prepare, execute and evaluate store visits to ensure upmost effectiveness
  • Sell at our retailers (demo days), demonstrate at fairs and events during the weekends
  • Give input on the yearly business plan, budget and Key Performance Indicators for the region in order to grow the business
  • Give input on go to market plans and optimize sell through and assortment planning;
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.



  • At least 5 years’ experience in a dynamic work field preferably within a premium retail environment;
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally;
  • Practical - Proactive thinking;
  • The ability to inspire people;
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 1 year;
  • Entrepreneurial mind set with a strong business sense;
  • You have an independent and positive attitude, not willing to give up in case of resistance;
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
