Being in the position as Sr. Account Manager Sweden you will build, manage and maintain account relationships in the Nordics, to achieve sales value and margins along with the objectives of corporate strategy. As Sr. Account Manager you will develop and maintain relations with key retailers.

RESULT FIELDS:

  • Achieve the yearly sales targets;
  • Responsible for long term relationships with (key) accounts, and together develop strategy to optimize sell through;
  • Identify and develop local opportunities to develop the brand, in accordance with global guidelines;
  • Implement and execute product training programs at store level;
  • Advise store employees and retailers about product offering and visual merchandising;
  • Optimize in store and window presentation;
  • Ensure that Joolz’ portfolio stays up to date at stores, seasonal changes;
  • Prepare, execute and evaluate store visits according to set standards;
  • Sell at our retailers (demo days), demonstrate at fairs and events.
  • Give input on the yearly business plan, budget and Key Performance Indicators for the region in order to grow the business, the brand and our competitive position;
  • Give input on go to market plans (phase in and phase out of products) and optimize sell through and assortment planning;
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.

JOB & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, experience and personality

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a dynamic work field preferably within a premium retail environment;
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally;
  • Practical - Proactive thinking;
  • Ability to train and inspire people;
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 1 year;
  • Entrepreneurial mind set with a strong business sense;
  • You have an independent and positive attitude, not willing to give up in case of resistance;
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
